I gifted this to my wife, and she was unable to activate her gift
My daughter had gifted us both at one point
mine activated my wife's did not
So i paid for my wife, and we went to a movie
I then told my daughter to ask for a refund and i gifted to my wife so we could both go
Well once again my gift did not go through my daughters gift did not go through and so far we are both out the $72.99
It is beyond difficult to reach anyone at AMC STUBS A LIST
It is infuriating. Trying no phone contact, although there are multiple customer service numbers online
There is no one to contact once you have purchased the gift only if you're looking for a ticket refund and that too is unbelievable.
It was something that was supposed to be a form of joy and to have no live person to help is bad enough, but to not even have a chat help online is crazy frustrating

Ill wait till the Movies come out and watch them at home on my 80" and surround sound

Instead of renewing my membership, I got a new membership. Not what I asked for. Now I'm being billed to renew my old membership, And I can't reach anyone to correct the error.
User's recommendation: How for the best because you'll never teach a Payson to talk to, and the chat line doesn't help at all. Actually sent me to a site to get a new membership. I need3??

Paid for service didn't receive service
I just paid for AMC plus and didn't receive service. I would like to receive the internet service I paid for. I would like for this issue to be solved
Will like to unsubscribe from your service
Well the prescription was supposed to be for 599 a month I got the subscription for the free week but now they said on the 10th is going to charge me $98 for the whole year or something I don't have $98 to give you guys for the whole year so I'm going to unsubscribe so I hope that's not going to be a problem

Hello my name is Samantha Storni (Collins) and i am wrighting this complaint because my bank card ending in 0339 was charged the $83.88 for renewal, but the subscription was canceled before the 7 days free trial was over. I ended up not using the streaming service as often as I thought I would like for my account to be reimbursed the money that was taken out, that should have never been taken out. Thanks for your time and I will definitely not be referring this streaming service to anyone.

Resigned up and my account still says not active. This is a constant problem. I encounter every month or so.You can't reach a live representative to talk so problems do not get resolved.
