Ripping me off

I took on the trial for 7 days when I started having issues with the app I went online to log into my account only to find it wouldn't allow it.

So I clicked on the link for reset kept saying no such email exists even though I'm logged in on the TV app and it clearly shows my email.

I reached out to customer support twice they failed to respond other than telling me your billing will take place on such and such date.

I wrote them and told them to cancel the service as well as warning them if they made an attempt to charge my card because they disallowed away for me to get into my account to cancel I would reach out to my bank.

Sure enough to day's later they charge my account.

This is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with is for streaming goes this is why the FTC is changing the law to make it illegal for businesses not to provide the same way in which an account is inception to make that same method available to cancel.

I've seen all types of reviews over the internet search and none of them are favorable, so my suggestion is to stay away from AMC Plus unless you're going through a third party such as Roku Amazon or other streaming app because this AMC directly makes no way to directly cancel if they lock you out of your account. Pick a different company

I decided to try AMC+ because it had the spin offs of the walking dead, but once i watched that entire series there was nothing else that really caught my attention. When I tried to cancel the subscription.

I was not able to for at least a month and a 1/2. It that took me quite a while to figure out. I paid for an annual subscription so that I could get a better deal, and when I went to cancel I was not able to get a refund on my remaining 11 months. So now I am stuck with a full year of something we don't even watch.

They have no customer service to speak with, no one whatsoever that can actually help you. They handle everything online only.

So, dont if you get an email for a lawsuit, take it. It's the only way you're going to see anything back from them.

Content disappeared after signing up for the free trial with the monthly fee afterwards.

I decided to try the service after reviewing the content. Less than 24 hours later the content had changed entirely.

I can now not get in touch with them. This was purchased through "tube YOU"

I just decided to get the amc plus and I did the 7 day trial and they charged my account twice. I just dont want to have to pay since I already paid twice. I dont want to be charged til May at this point moving forward or Ill cancel the subscription.
