Why would you run those horrible ads from that ICE witch? My subscription is cancelled.

You say home of your favourite Christmas movies but all weekend no Christmas movie but ONE. Best Christmas ever your official channel for Christmas movies not true,
you are playing ghostbuster, liar liar, Adams family these aren't christmas movies.
All october you played horror movies, why not more christmas movies is it because you don't want to offend anyone if that is true don't say you are the official channel when your not. Stop playing both sides.

I hate ads. The ICE ad was disgusting.
Accepting $ from Nazi wannabes is not cool. Sundance is now dead to me.

Lack of service
I've been trying to contact someone about my AMC+ account for months to no avail. I've subscribed for over a year and yet now to watch what I want to view, I'm being asked to pay.
I have an account that's current. What I don't have is service. I've tried troubleshooting and was told to email AMC about my problem. Good luck with that!
I've emailed them 8 times today and nothing goes through. You can bet my payment processes though.

I was offered a free 30-day trial to AMC+. I created the account on March 30, 2025.
Today is April 29, 2025, so I should've had 1 more day before the trial ended. AMC+ went ahead and charged me $10.75. I canceled the account, so I should never have been charged. Now I want them to refund me, but yet there isn't any way to contact them.
They have no customer service phone number, and when I emailed them, it came back as rejected; how convenient!
So I guess I'll have to just forget about getting a refund. A word to the wise for those who get a 'free' trial: they will do the same and charge your credit card 1 day before; they are not fully honoring their 'free' offers...

Ripping me off
I took on the trial for 7 days when I started having issues with the app I went online to log into my account only to find it wouldn't allow it.
So I clicked on the link for reset kept saying no such email exists even though I'm logged in on the TV app and it clearly shows my email.
I reached out to customer support twice they failed to respond other than telling me your billing will take place on such and such date.
I wrote them and told them to cancel the service as well as warning them if they made an attempt to charge my card because they disallowed away for me to get into my account to cancel I would reach out to my bank.
Sure enough to day's later they charge my account.
This is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with is for streaming goes this is why the FTC is changing the law to make it illegal for businesses not to provide the same way in which an account is inception to make that same method available to cancel.
I've seen all types of reviews over the internet search and none of them are favorable, so my suggestion is to stay away from AMC Plus unless you're going through a third party such as Roku Amazon or other streaming app because this AMC directly makes no way to directly cancel if they lock you out of your account. Pick a different company

I decided to try AMC+ because it had the spin offs of the walking dead, but once i watched that entire series there was nothing else that really caught my attention. When I tried to cancel the subscription.
I was not able to for at least a month and a 1/2. It that took me quite a while to figure out. I paid for an annual subscription so that I could get a better deal, and when I went to cancel I was not able to get a refund on my remaining 11 months. So now I am stuck with a full year of something we don't even watch.
They have no customer service to speak with, no one whatsoever that can actually help you. They handle everything online only.
So, dont if you get an email for a lawsuit, take it. It's the only way you're going to see anything back from them.
