I was trying to cancel my subscription. Everything is giving me the run around on canceling my subscription and I wasn't able to speak to a representative so I'm not understanding why I received an email to submit a review to speaking with a representative.

I was told I would get a call never got a call when I go online it wont let me cancel my subscription, everytime I go online and chat with someone they keep asking for a card number and 5$ to cancel

The app logged me out and I have the same email and same password for every streaming site and it tells me that there is no email set up with this account but I have been billed and I made sure to select the monthly plan but it charged me the yearly plan and now it's not letting me log in. I want to delete my account and get my money back.

I joined a lawsuit because AMC sold my personal information, right after signing it they cancelled my account. Retaliation is against the law. They say my payment method is bad it is not , it triple check there number.

AMC has not yet responded! It's a damn shame one has to go through all of this to get a response. The corporate bosses need to step it up a lot.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for a month now. I can't cancel on website and ever number they have for customer service doesn't work.
Very misleading and very impossible to contact. I need my subscription cancelled like yesterday.
Company's shouldn't advertise and don't have solutions to help your customers. I need my money back!!

Can't get password. And I keep paying for the service month after month after month
I could not remember my password. Apparently I have AMC plus through Apple.
But I dont have Apple TV anymore. Long story short, they know that I have an account because they know I have an email.
I cant reset my password because I Never get an email from them! This has been so frustrating!
I dont have this problem with any other TV application.
